About Sanctum: Sanctum is a movement experience that empowers the body and expands the mind, blending ancient ritual with modern intensity. Sanctum leads participants through transformative music-led immersive class fusing high-intensity movement, breathwork, meditation, and storytelling.

Afterwards, join us for Guided Up: Feel Good Now. Liberate your inner wildness and awaken your body with a new sense of vitality. Together, we’ll fly high and cultivate the energy needed to embrace life fully and relish in the sensation of well-being in our bodies. Expect a sauna to sweat, ice bath to drop-in, towel waving, aromatherapy, active movement, guided breathwork, sharing and loud vocal release.

What do I need to bring?

We only ask that you bring a bathing suit and water vessel (no glass please). Onsite we provide towels (up to 2 per visit) and body wash in our shower amenities. We also have lockers available for day use.

To maintain the most hygienic experience for our Journeyers, Othership is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, we have ice bath shoes at reception for purchase.

What can I expect from an Othership experience?

How do I prepare for my session?

Prior to your session, prepare a comfortable area to either sit or lay down. This may be on a couch, bed or a yoga mat on the floor.

We recommend wearing an eye mask to focus your journey inward. It is also beautiful to enhance your experience with essential oils.

We highly encourage the use of headphones to get the best music quality during your session.
