Consider this our icy-fresh take on an evening out with friends, and a celebration of freedom. In honor of Juneteenth, we're gathering to mark a day rooted in liberation, joy, and community by doing exactly that: connecting, moving, and being fully present together.
A 2-hour sober-curious experience built around shared sauna + ice bath rituals, where collective energy helps you drop your guard and show up as your most authentic self. Together, we shift our state and build belonging from a place of open receptivity.
Expect everything that makes our journey unforgettable: towel waving, aromatherapy, louder music, dancing, impromptu sauna landings, 1:1 guidance, a curated soundscape, real human connection, and the kind of liberating energy this day was made for.

We only ask that you bring a bathing suit and water vessel (no glass please). Onsite we provide towels (up to 2 per visit) and body wash in our shower amenities. We also have lockers available for day use.
To maintain the most hygienic experience for our Journeyers, Othership is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, we have ice bath shoes at reception for purchase.
The ideal way to utilize the healing benefits of our sauna + ice baths is to toggle between the polarities.
If you are new to Othership, try a Free Flow, and allow our experienced guides to offer 1:1 support through your experience.
The Starter Circuit: sauna for 15-20 minutes, cold plunge for 1-3 minutes, then relax in our tea room for 10 minutes. Continue to toggle between hot + cold + relax for maximum results. Know that there's no right or wrong way to go about hot + cold therapy so experiment and keep it fun.
