Policies

To build a safe + supportive experience, we’ve set out a few policies to support your visit.

Pre-registration

All classes and free flow sessions are available to book online up to 2 weeks in advance. We recommend pre-registration to ensure you’ve held your spot in your favourite class or time slot. Pre-registration is available through our website and mobile app.

Late arrivals

To ensure smooth sailing, we recommend that you arrive and check-in with one of our stewards 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class or session. This will leave you enough time to change, put away your phone and take a deep relaxing breath before your class begins.

Please note that we open the waitlist window 5 minutes before class so your reservation window may be forfeited if you’re not checked in within 5 minutes of start time. All of our scheduled classes and events start on time. To support the experience of our journeyers, we do not allow for late entry.

Waitlist

If a class or event is full, we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. To be added to the waitlist, you must have an available credit that will be used at the time of sign up (you will not be able to use the same credit to book another class).

If you are added from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an automated email or text message at that time. Once you are added to the class you become responsible for attending or canceling.

If you do not arrive within 5 minutes prior to the start of the class or event, you risk losing your spot to the next journeyer on the waitlist.

Cancellations

To avoid losing your credit, reserved sessions + classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start time.

If cancelled within the late cancellation window you will lose the credit from your package. We do not accept email cancellations. Please cancel your reservation through your account on our website or mobile app.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your reservation your credit will be forfeited. If you have a recurring membership, a charge of $10 will be automatically applied to your account.

Mobile devices

Disconnect to reconnect. No phones beyond the entrance and common area, and thus, no picture taking unless otherwise specified. Please keep your phones on silent in your locker.

Refunds

Packages + Memberships: no refunds on class packages including monthly memberships and gift cards.

Towels

Journeyers will receive up to 2 towels per visit.
