This is a space for our BIPOC community, facilitated by our BIPOC guides. Through breathwork and reflective practices, we’ll explore the transformative power of gratitude, awakening a deeper connection to yourself and others.
This journey is designed to elevate your mood, open your heart, and inspire a sense of appreciation and joy.
Expect a sauna to sweat, an ice bath to drop in, towel waving, aromatherapy, guided breathwork, visualizations, vocal release and sharing.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISCUSS ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. If you suffer from a cardiac condition, high or low blood pressure, or have a history of fainting, our facilities should only be used with a physician’s approval. Prior to your session, prepare a comfortable area to either sit or lay down. This may be on a couch, bed or a yoga mat on the floor.
We recommend wearing an eye mask to focus your journey inward. It is also beautiful to enhance your experience with essential oils.
We highly encourage the use of headphones to get the best music quality during your session.
The minimum age requirement to enter Othership is 18.
We only ask that you bring a bathing suit and water vessel (no glass please). Onsite we provide towels (up to 2 per visit) and body wash in our shower amenities. We also have lockers available for day use.
To maintain the most hygienic experience for our Journeyers, Othership is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, we have ice bath shoes at reception for purchase.
