If you purchased your subscription via the App Store:
- Open the Settings App
- Tap your name
- Tap subscriptions
- Tap Othership: Breathing App
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled and will not renew

- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the onscreen instructions
