Every private session comes with guided sauna and cold plunge rounds led by one of our facilitators, so your group can move through the heat and cold together instead of figuring it out on your own. We'll tailor the pacing to what you're there for, whether that's a celebration, a brand moment, or a team reset.

We recommend planning a few weeks ahead when you can, especially for larger groups or weekend dates, though we're happy to see what's possible on shorter notice too.
