Escape the noise of the city and realign your nervous system with the soothing combination of forest sound, tree-medicine, and the slow rhythm of hot and cold. The Japanese have a word for this — *shinrin-yoku*, forest bathing — a practice their culture prescribes for stress, immunity, and rest.
We're bringing the forest into the heart of the city. Expect a sauna to sweat, ice bath to drop-in, towel waving, tree-only aromatherapy (pine, cedar, juniper, eucalyptus), nature soundscapes, soft green lighting, and Forest Bathing Landings.
This is a quieter free flow — voices are kept to a whisper.

The ideal way to utilize the healing benefits of our sauna + ice baths is to toggle between the polarities.
If you are new to Othership, try a Free Flow, and allow our experienced guides to offer 1:1 support through your experience.
The Starter Circuit: sauna for 15-20 minutes, cold plunge for 1-3 minutes, then relax in our tea room for 10 minutes. Continue to toggle between hot + cold + relax for maximum results. Know that there's no right or wrong way to go about hot + cold therapy so experiment and keep it fun.
