A 2-hour sober-curious gathering to connect with others over a shared sauna and ice bath experience, with on-site human design readings woven in. Human design is a system for understanding how you're built to move through the world, from how you handle stress and energy to how you make decisions and connect with others. In a 10 minute one-on-one reading, a practitioner will walk you through your Human Design Type and Authority, point out one standout pattern in your own chart, and leave time for a question of your own. No prior knowledge needed, come curious. Harness the collective energy of like-minded people to drop your guard and be yourself with others. Together, we shift our state and build belonging from a place of open receptivity.
