About this event:

November 20, 2026

Join Lume Women + Health, a Toronto women's health clinic, for a short, interactive fireside chat and Q&A with a Lume physician in the tea lounge. Bring your questions, or simply listen in.

Then move into Guided All Around: Rose, Thorn, Bud. Through breath, sauna and ice bath, reflect on the rose (what's blooming), the thorn (what's been hard) and the bud (what's ready to grow).

Enter the raffle at the front desk when you arrive. The session closes on the guided class, with no Free Flow afterward.

Are there any health restrictions?

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISCUSS ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. If you suffer from a cardiac condition, high or low blood pressure, or have a history of fainting, our facilities should only be used with a physician’s approval. Othership cannot be held responsible for illness or injury due to client negligence. View our safety policy.

How do I prepare for my session?

Prior to your session, prepare a comfortable area to either sit or lay down. This may be on a couch, bed or a yoga mat on the floor.

We recommend wearing an eye mask to focus your journey inward. It is also beautiful to enhance your experience with essential oils.

We highly encourage the use of headphones to get the best music quality during your session.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age requirement to enter Othership is 18.

What do I need to bring?

We only ask that you bring a bathing suit and water vessel (no glass please). Onsite we provide towels (up to 2 per visit) and body wash in our shower amenities. We also have lockers available for day use.

To maintain the most hygienic experience for our Journeyers, Othership is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, we have ice bath shoes at reception for purchase.
