Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. We aim to keep everything on our site accurate—from product details and pricing to shipping timelines—but sometimes shift happens. We reserve the right to make changes, correct errors, cancel orders, or update availability without notice. Orders are processed securely through Shopify’s payment systems. We don’t store your payment details. Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout.

REFUND POLICY
n the event that you’re not flying high over your Othership Getup, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be in unused, original condition.
Please note: return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are offered on discounted merchandise—so take a breath before adding to cart. To initiate a return, reach out to us at [insert support email], and we’ll guide you from there.
