Group spa events are a great way to spend a day together among friends, family, and even coworkers! Whether you’re gathering for a birthday, a bachelorette party, or a corporate team-building event, spa treatments and guided wellness activities can simultaneously enhance both personal relaxation and communal rapport. When choosing an event space for a gathering, it is important to carefully consider the venue’s group treatment options, modalities, event space, and pricing model.

In this guide, we list six prominent spas in NYC that offer excellent group packages for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or corporate events. Each venue was ranked according to a set of weighted criteria to determine which is the best for a large or small group experience!

How We Ranked These Group Spa Packages in NYC

To determine the best group spa packages in NYC, an independent research team evaluated dozens of venues in the city throughout July 2026. Using five weighted criteria, the team gave each spa a composite score out of 100 and ranked them accordingly. The criteria were:

  • Group Treatment Options (30%): Is the venue a group event spa, or does it have dedicated group treatment options such as guided retreats, group massages, breathwork, yoga, and hot/cold circuits?
  • Variety of Modalities (25%): What modalities does the venue offer? Do they have a narrow range of treatments available, or do they offer several different modalities?
  • Event Space Design & Capacity (20%): Is the event space designed to accommodate large groups and events? Is it clean and well-maintained? Can it be rented out fully for an event?
  • Clear Group Pricing Model (15%): Are group packages clearly priced or offered on the venue’s website? Are packages offered via flat rates or through a subscription model?
  • Overall Value (10%): What is the overall value of the venue and its services? What are its services best for?
